Granul
Today, plastics and polymeric materials play a key role in our lives and in many parts of the matter around us is impressive. To produce plastic, raw materials are needed, which are also called granules. Granular form of a polymer material as raw material in the production of plastics and similar products it is used. Granules literally mean grain, and the plastics that enter the plastic injection molding machine are in the form of granules, or granules. Granules are produced in two types of dry granules and filament granules.
Granulation machine & Application
In the granulating machine, the polymer raw materials are pressed by screws inside the machine and then melted. Then through the pump, they lead to the output device. Output strings of pellets after being cut by the blade extruder in the form of granules or flakes going to be fine. These grains have a high temperature and are rotated rapidly by centrifugal force to cool in contact with air.
The granulation machine is designed and manufactured to recycle plastic waste and various types of waste. As a result, the granulating machine or extruder plays an important role in the production of plastic raw materials for factories and manufacturers of plastic products.

Types of plastic granule making machine
Plastic granulation machines are divided into two general categories: Filament granulator and lens granulator. Lens granulators are expensive and have a more difficult mechanism, so they are more difficult to work with and therefore less useful.
Filament granular machines are classified into three categories: Fixed head granule machine which is the cheapest granule making machine Jackie granule machine As well as the live granule machine, which is the most expensive granule maker.
Granular Extruder Machine Features
The extruder must have at least one strong vacuum pump to increase the impact of the bite. (If the extruder has two dischargers, a better result will be obtained.)
The most widely used type of extruder or granulator is its single-screw model. (The single-screw extruder has a pump, is easier to operate, and is less prone to failure. It is also cheaper, more processable, and less expensive to maintain than other types of extruders.)
High-risk chemical gases are eliminated by adsorption in the vacuum system, and the gases generated after this stage will be free of any hazardous substances in accordance with European standards and taking into account human health.
